Cherry Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. or 1 can cherries
1 c. sugar (scant)
1/8 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. flour
1 tsp. butter
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation

Blend sugar, flour and salt.
Add cherries.
Mix well.
Pour mixture into unbaked pie crust.
Add dots of butter.
Top crust. Cover edge well.
Bake in hot oven about 15 minutes, then reduce heat and bake until done.
