Spinach And Mushroom Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
    2 Tbsp. chicken stock
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped spinach, thawed and drained
    2 tsp. dried minced onion
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    2/3 c. sour cream
    2 Tbsp. milk
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
    Spray a 1-quart casserole dish with Pam.
    Saute mushrooms in stock in a large skillet.
    Combine mushrooms and remaining ingredients.
    Pour into casserole dish. Cover and bake 1 hour.
    Makes 8 servings.
