Broccoli And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. margarine
2 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped broccoli, cooked
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 small onion, chopped
1 (8 oz.) jar soft Cheddar cheese
1 1/2 c. rice, cooked
Preparation

Saute onion in margarine.
Add broccoli, cheese and soup. Stir until cheese is melted.
Add rice, salt and pepper to taste. Place in buttered baking dish.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes.
