Lemon Lush - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 stick margarine
1 c. flour
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1/2 c. crushed graham crackers
1 c. powdered sugar
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
Cool Whip
2 pkg. instant lemon pudding
3 c. milk
Preparation

Mix margarine, flour, nuts and graham crackers.
Press into an ungreased 9 x 13-inch pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
Let cool.
Beat until thick powdered sugar and cream cheese.
Then add Cool Whip.
Spread on top of pan.
Stir together instant pudding and milk; pour over top.
Cover the top with remaining Cool Whip. Sprinkle nuts on top and refrigerate.
