Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe

2 eggs, slightly beaten
16 oz. can pumpkin
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/4 tsp. cloves
1 1/2 c. evaporated milk
1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell
Preparation

Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
Mix the filling ingredients in the order given and pour into pie shell.
Bake for 15 minutes, then reduce heat to 350\u00b0.
Continue baking for 45 minutes or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean.
