Cheese Garlic Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. buttermilk baking mix
    2/3 c. milk
    1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1/4 c. butter, melted
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 c. shredded Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 450\u00b0. Stir together the baking mix, milk and cheese until soft dough forms. Beat 30 seconds. Drop by heaping tablespoonfuls onto an ungreased cookie sheet. Combine butter and garlic; brush on biscuits. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on each biscuit. Bake 8 to 10 minutes, until golden brown.
