Foolproof Pie Crust(Makes 6) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. all-purpose flour
    1 3/4 c. Crisco
    1 heaping Tbsp. sugar
    2 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 egg, beaten
    1/2 c. cold water
Preparation
    In a bowl, mix first four ingredients.
    In a separate bowl, combine vinegar, egg and cold water.
    Combine the two mixes and chill at least 15 minutes before rolling out.
