Buttermilk Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs, separated
    1 c. sugar
    4 Tbsp. flour
    1 Tbsp. butter
    2 c. buttermilk
    grated rind of 1 lemon
    1 tsp. lemon extract
Preparation
    Beat egg yolks and sugar.
    Mix flour and butter.
    Then add all ingredients together.
    Pour into 2 pie crusts.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
    Reduce heat to 350\u00b0 and bake for another 30 to 35 minutes.
    Beat egg whites until frothy; add 6 tablespoons sugar. Spread over pies and brown.
