Microwave Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 potatoes, peeled and slice in 3/4-inch slices
    1 large onion, peeled and sliced in 3/4-inch slices
    5 Tbsp. margarine or butter
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Melt margarine or butter in microwave casserole dish one minute at 100% power.
    Separate onion slices into rings.
    Toss potatoes and onion in melted margarine or butter.
    Sprinkle with salt and pepper and stir well.
    Cover with plastic wrap and microwave on High for 12 to 15 minutes, stirring halfway through. Let stand and set, covered, for 3 minutes and serve.
