Awesome Corn Chowder - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. diced bacon
1 1/2 large onions, chopped
1 qt. milk
2 large cans evaporated milk
1 can whole kernel corn
2 cans creamed corn
4 to 6 medium potatoes, diced
Preparation

In a big kettle, fry bacon until crispy. Remove from pan. Cook onions in grease from bacon. Parboil potatoes in a smaller pan. After onions are clear, add milk, corn and cooked potatoes. Warm on low temperature until hot. Stir frequently since corn and potatoes tend to stick. Add bacon when hot or if you have vegetarian friends, serve the bacon in a bowl as a condiment. Eat and enjoy!
