Spinach Square - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 Tbsp. butter
3 eggs
1 c. flour
1 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
1 lb. grated Monterey Jack cheese
2 (10 oz.) pkg. thawed spinach

Preparation

In a 9 x 13 x 2-inch baking pan, melt butter in 300\u00b0 oven. In a bowl, beat eggs; add flour, milk, salt and baking powder. Mix well.
Bake 35 minutes.
Remove from oven.
Cool 45 minutes. To serve, cut into bite-size pieces.
