Ingredients

1/2 c. butter
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
3 egg whites, beaten
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. each: cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg and allspice
1/2 c. evaporated milk with 1 1/2 tsp. vinegar
1 1/2 c. cherries
1 1/2 c. pineapple
1/2 c. citron
1 pkg. dates
3 c. pecans
2 c. white raisins
1/2 c. sherry
Preparation

Cream butter; add sugar and 3 egg yolks.
Add milk alternately with flour.
Fold into egg whites and fruit.
Drop by teaspoon on cookie sheet.
Cook in very slow oven at 300\u00b0.
