Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. flour
    3 c. sugar
    2 tsp. soda
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking powder
    3 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
    16 oz. can pumpkin
    1 c. oil
    4 eggs
    2/3 c. water
Preparation
    Mix dry ingredients in a large bowl.
    Beat pumpkin, oil, eggs and water together.
    Add dry ingredients.
    Stir until dry ingredients are moistened (do not overmix).
    Pour into two 9 x 5-inch loaf pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 60 to 80 minutes.
    Cool for 10 minutes.
    Remove from pans.
