Chicken Crunch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 chicken breasts, cooked, deboned and halved
    1 stick butter or margarine
    1 carton sour cream
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    40 Ritz crackers, crumbled
    sprinkle of freshly ground pepper
Preparation
    Place chicken in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Mix soup and sour cream. Sprinkle with pepper to taste.
    Pour over chicken.
    Place crumbled crackers over all. Dot with butter.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes or until it bubbles.
    Makes about 12 servings.
