Stew Beef Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. peeled potatoes, chopped
    1 bunch carrots, chopped
    1 bunch celery, chopped
    1 large onion, chopped
    3 to 5 lb. lean stewed beef
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 small can tomato sauce
Preparation
    Pour one small can of tomato sauce over top of ingredients. Cook in a large roasting pan, covered.
    Cook for 5 hours at 250\u00b0. Remove and stir.
    Serve hot.
    Serves 8.
    Use salt and pepper to taste.
