Pecan Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. granulated sugar
    1 c. cream
    1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
    2 Tbsp. grated bitter chocolate
    2 Tbsp. butter
    pinch of salt
    1 c. whole pecan meats
Preparation
    Boil ingredients to soft ball stage (242\u00b0).
    Set aside until cold, beat until creamy, then add nuts and pour into a pan.
    When cold, cut into squares.
