Chicken Loaf(Yield: 18 Servings) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 qt. chicken stock
    1 c. milk
    1/2 c. flour
    1/2 c. oleo or chicken fat
    1 (2 lb.) can boned chicken
    2 c. diced, cooked celery
    2 c. cracker crumbs
    6 eggs, beaten
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 1/2 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Make white sauce of the stock, milk, flour and oleo.
    Combine all ingredients.
    Pack well into loaf pans; set loaf pans in pan of hot water and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
    Let stand 20 minutes before slicing.
    Serve with rich chicken gravy.
