Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 boxes chopped broccoli, boil 5 minutes and drain
    1 can mushroom soup
    2 eggs, well beaten
    1 c. grated cheese
    1 c. mayonnaise
    2 tsp. minced onion
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix broccoli and sauce.
    Put in buttered 7 x 12-inch casserole dish. Put grated cheese on top.
    Crush Ritz crackers and sprinkle on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until bubbly and brown.
