Oven-Roasted Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium baking potatoes, peeled and cut into 1 1/2-inch chunks
    1/4 c. margarine, melted
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 garlic clove, minced
Preparation
    Heat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Place potatoes in 12 x 8-inch (2-quart) or 13 x 9-inch (3-quart) baking dish.
    In a small bowl, combine remaining ingredients.
    Pour margarine mixture over potatoes. Toss to coat evenly. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 55 to 60 minutes or until tender, crisp and lightly browned, stirring twice during baking.
