Squash Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 yellow large squash
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    nutmeg to taste
    1 tsp. vanilla
    milk
    unbaked pie crust
Preparation
    Cut squash; cook until tender.
    Drain off water.
    Mash fine. Add eggs and nutmeg.
    Add milk to thin.
    Add vanilla.
    Mix well. Pour in unbaked pie shell and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
