Meringue - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 egg whites, at room temperature
6 Tbsp. sugar
pinch of salt
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

In the large bowl of an electric mixer, beat egg whites until soft peaks form.
Gradually add sugar, salt and vanilla and beat until stiff peaks form.
Pile on top of mixture in pie shell. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
