Southern-Style Cornbread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. cornmeal
1 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
2 c. buttermilk
1/3 c. Parkay margarine, melted
4 eggs, slightly beaten
Preparation

Combine dry ingredients.
Add buttermilk, margarine and eggs, mixing just until moistened.
Pour into well-greased 15 1/2 x 10 1/2-inch jelly roll pan.
Bake at 425\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown.
