1 pt. ice cream
1 pie crust
Preparation

Soften ice cream enough to make into a ball.
Wrap in Saran Wrap and freeze overnight.
Wrap ice cream in pie crust and seal edges.
Heat deep fryer to 425\u00b0 or hotter.
Drop ice cream into fryer.
When it comes to the top, about 2 seconds, it is done. Cover with your favorite topping.
This can be made into individual servings by making smaller balls.
