Spinach Pie Superb - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell
    1 (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach
    1 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
    5 eggs, slightly beaten
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. chopped green onions
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    1 tomato, thinly sliced
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Cook spinach according to directions and drain well. (Squeeze!)
    Combine next 6 ingredients.
    Stir in spinach.
    Pour into slightly baked pie shell.
    Slice and place tomato on top. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 (preheated oven) for 35 minutes.
    Serves 6.
