Quiche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

12 slices bacon, fried crisp or crumbled
1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
1/3 onion, chopped
4 eggs, well beaten
2 c. half and half
3/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 (8 or 9-inch) unbaked pie crusts
Preparation

Arrange crumbled bacon, onion and Swiss cheese over bottom of pie crusts.
Mix together half and half and seasonings.
Pour carefully into pie crusts.
Bake at 425\u00b0 for 15 minutes and then at 300\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
Make sure it is set in middle.
