Northrup Special - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 3 cans chili
    6 large potatoes, cubed
    grated Cheddar
    1 c. onion, chopped
Preparation
    Fry cubed potatoes until done.
    Place in bottom of 2 to 3-inch sided baking pan.
    Salt lightly.
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Open chili and pour over potatoes.
    Sprinkle onions and cheese over chili.
    Place in oven and bake until heated through and cheese is melted.
    Serve hot.
