Kane'S Crawfish Fettucine - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. crawfish tails
    1/2 onion, chopped
    1/2 bell pepper, chopped
    1 rib celery, chopped
    2 Tbsp. or more cream of celery soup
    2 Tbsp. or more Paul Prudhomme's Seafood Magic
    1 stick butter
    1/2 block jalapeno Velveeta
    1 to 2 pods garlic, minced
    3/4 c. chopped fresh parsley
    1/2 c. or more grated Parmesan
    1 c. half and half cream
    10 to 12 oz. broad egg noodles
Preparation
    Saute vegetables in butter 20 minutes. Add seasonings and soup and cook 5 minutes. Add tails and cook 3 minutes. Add cream and cheese chunks slowly. Stir in parsley and Parmesan. Add mixture to cooked and drained noodles. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 20 minutes or more.
