Cheesy Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg, beaten
    1/4 c. catsup
    1 c. shredded American or Swiss cheese
    3/4 c. soft bread crumbs
    1/2 c. finely chopped onions
    1/4 c. finely chopped green pepper
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. dried thyme (optional)
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 lb. ground beef
Preparation
    Combine egg and catsup.
    Stir in cheese, bread crumbs, onions, green pepper, salt, thyme and pepper.
    Add ground beef; mix well. In an 11 x 7 1/2 x 2-inch baking dish, shape meat mixture into a 6-inch round loaf.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for about 1 hour, or until done.
    Makes 4 to 6 servings.
