Cheese Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 large potatoes
    1 medium onion
    pinch of salt
    pinch of pepper
    1 c. Velveeta
    2 green onions
Preparation
    Boil large sliced medium thickness potatoes and onion, sliced thin, until you can fork potatoes and are done.
    Drain and butter casserole dish.
    Put layer of potatoes, onions, salt, pepper and cheese.
    Then repeat.
    Place in microwave or oven long enough to melt cheese.
