Company Cabbage - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
8 c. finely shredded cabbage
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 c. dairy sour cream
1 Tbsp. sugar
2 Tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. caraway seed
Preparation

Heat butter in large skillet.
Add cabbage, garlic and 1/4 cup water.
Cover tightly and steam over low heat 10 to 12 minutes. Blend next 4 ingredients, stir into cabbage.
Heat through but do not boil.
Sprinkle with caraway seed.
Serves 6.
