Taco Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head lettuce (cut into bite size pieces)
    1 lb. ground beef (browned, drained)
    3 - 4 green onions chopped (or 1 medium white onion)
    2 diced tomatoes
    1 can chili hot beans in sauce
    1 jar taco sauce
    1 12 oz. bottle Catalina or French dressing
    1 pkg. taco seasoning
    2 C. shredded cheddar cheese
    1 bag Nacho chips (slightly crushed)
Preparation
    Stir together all ingredients except nacho chips.
    Just before serving add nacho chips and toss again.
