Cabbage And Ground Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small head cabbage, cut in chunks
    1 onion, diced
    1 lb. ground beef (chuck)
    1/2 c. raw rice (not instant)
    1 can tomato soup, diluted with 1 can water
Preparation
    Pour boiling water over cabbage and drain. Brown ground chuck with onion, salt and pepper (if desired).
    Mix together all ingredients.
    Bake, covered, at 350\u00b0 for about 1 1/2 hours.
