Toasted Coconut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter or margarine (1 stick)
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    4 tsp. lemon juice
    1 can Baker's Angel Flake coconut or 1 1/2 c. coconut
    deep-dish pie shell (unbaked)
Preparation
    Soften butter or margarine and blend in sugar. Add beaten eggs, vanilla and lemon juice. Mix well. Stir in coconut and pour into unbaked deep-dish pie shell. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 60 minutes. Top will be light brown when done.
