Ingredients

1 c. white corn syrup
2/3 c. granulated sugar
1 1/2 c. crunchy peanut butter
6 c. Special K cereal
12 oz. milk chocolate bar
Preparation

In saucepan, bring syrup and sugar to a boil.
Remove from heat.
Stir in peanut butter.
Pour over cereal and mix until coated.
Put in buttered 9 x 13-inch pan.
Do not press down.
Melt chocolate (double boiler or microwave) and frost.
Cut into bars. Yield:
3 dozen cookies.
