Lemon Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
2 lemons
1 medium onion
salt
pepper
Preparation

Pound chicken until it is nice and flat.
Cut chicken into strips.
Cover bottom of inside frying pan with 1/4 inch cooking oil.
Cut lemons into fourths.
Cut onions into fine strips. Saute lemons and onion over medium heat.
When light brown in color, add chicken.
Cook over medium to low heat until chicken starts to brown.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Serve over rice with a slice of lemon as garnish.
