Funnel Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    2 c. flour
    1 c. milk
    pinch of salt
    2 tsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Beat eggs; add milk.
    Stir and add flour, salt and baking powder.
    Beat until smooth.
    This should be thin enough to run through a small funnel.
    Drop from funnel into hot, deep fat, about 375\u00b0, and turn.
