Smoked Turkey Fettucini - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 oz. uncooked noodles (any kind)
3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
3 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
1 c. milk
1 c. chicken broth
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1/4 tsp. salt
dash of white pepper
2 c. turkey
1 (5 oz.) sliced mushrooms, drained
Preparation

Cook noodles.
Chop turkey into cubes.
Melt butter or margarine in medium saucepan.
Stir in flour.
Gradually add milk and broth.
Cook and stir over medium heat until thickened.
Add Parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, turkey and mushrooms.
Continue heating until turkey is hot.
Serve over cooked noodles.
Makes 4 to 5 servings.
