Dreamy Apricot Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (3 oz.) pkg. apricot-flavored gelatin
2/3 c.sugar
2/3 c. water
2 (4 3/4 oz.) jars apricot baby food
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, undrained
1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk, chilled
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Combine gelatin, sugar and water in a small saucepan; bring to a boil, stirring to dissolve sugar and gelatin.
Remove from heat and stir in fruit; set aside to cool.
Combine condensed milk and cream cheese, beating until smooth; stir in gelatin mixture, then nuts.
Pour into a 9-cup mold and chill until firm.
Yields about 20 servings.
