Mom'S Cottage Cheese Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 12-oz. cottage cheese, strained until dry
1 1/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. flour
3 eggs, beaten
2 Tbsp. margarine
1 1/2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 Tbsp. lemon zest
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
graham cracker pie crust
Preparation

Mix graham cracker crumbs and nutmeg and set aside.
Combine remaining ingredients and beat thoroughly with electric mixer. Pour into graham cracker crust.
Sprinkle crumbs over pie.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until firm.
Refrigerate and serve cold.
