Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    3 eggs
    1 c. vegetable oil
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 c. grated zucchini
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Sift flour, baking soda, salt, baking powder and cinnamon together.
    Combine eggs, oil, sugar, zucchini and vanilla in large bowl; beat well.
    Stir in flour mixture.
    Stir in nuts.
    Pour into a 9 x 13-inch pan or 2 loaf pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
