Tetrazzini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked chicken, cut in small pieces
    1/2 lb. mushrooms
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1/2 tsp. salt, pepper and garlic
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 lb. cooked spaghetti
    1/2 c. melted margarine
    1/3 c. flour
    2 c. cream (half and half)
    1 c. chicken broth
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. sherry
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Saute mushrooms in margarine with salt, pepper, garlic and lemon juice.
    Make white sauce, using margarine, flour, cream, chicken broth, salt and sherry.
    Add mushrooms and chicken.
    Fold in cooked spaghetti.
    Place in casserole.
    Sprinkle top with Parmesan cheese.
    Bake, uncovered, at 375\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
