Zucchini Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 whole eggs
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. salad oil
    2 c. grated zucchini (peel, seeds and all)
    2 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    3 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 c. raisins (optional)
    1 c. chopped nuts
    2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Beat eggs, sugar and salad oil until creamy.
    Add the grated zucchini.
    Beat again, then add all remaining ingredients at the same time.
    Beat until real smooth.
    Grease two loaf pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for one hour.
