Pineapple Cheese Ball - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
8 oz. can crushed pineapple, drained and squeezed
2 c. chopped pecans
1/4 c. green pepper, chopped
1/4 c. celery finely, chopped
2 Tbsp. onion
1 Tbsp. seasoned salt
Preparation

Reserve 1 1/2 cups chopped pecans and blend all other ingredients well.
Fold mixture into an airtight container and refrigerate overnight.
Shape into a ball and roll in remaining nuts.
