Sausage Egg And Cheese Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    seasoned croutons
    1 lb. mild or spicy sausage
    2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    6 eggs
    2 c. milk
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    In a greased 9 x 13 pan, place croutons.
    Brown and drain sausage; pour evenly over croutons in the pan.
    Beat eggs, milk, dry mustard, salt and pepper and pour over mixture in baking dish. Top with grated cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes, uncovered, until top begins to brown.
