Hamburger Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. butter
    1/2 c. onion, chopped
    1 lb. ground beef
    pepper and salt
    1 (8 oz.) can mushrooms (not drained)
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Melt butter in frying pan.
    Add onion; brown.
    Add beef; cook until redness is gone.
    Add salt, pepper, mushrooms, flour and soup; stir and cook slowly for 20 minutes.
    Add sour cream.
    Serve on rice.
