Halibut Olympia - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 oz. butter or margarine
    1/2 c. minced onion
    1/2 c. minced green pepper
    1 1/2 lb. halibut fillets or steaks
    mayonnaise
    seasoned salt
    dill weed
    paprika
    bread crumbs
Preparation
    Melt butter in baking dish.
    Add onion and green pepper. Place fillets on top of onion.
    Cover fillets with 1/8-inch of mayonnaise.
    Sprinkle with seasoned salt, dill weed and paprika. Add bread crumbs and drizzle with melted butter.
