Lasagna Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. lasagna noodles
    1 lb. ground beef
    2 Tbsp. salad oil (optional)
    2 garlic cloves, crushed (optional)
    1/4 c. minced onion, browned
    2 1/2 c. tomatoes
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 1/2 tsp. ground oregano
    1/2 lb. American cheese
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Cook the lasagna noodles.
    Brown beef and garlic in salad oil. Stir in tomatoes, tomato sauce, cheese and spices.
    Cover and let simmer 15 minutes. Add layer of noodles and then meat mixture in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
