Mother'S Johnnycake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sour milk or 1 Tbsp. vinegar in regular milk
    1 1/2 tsp. soda
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. shortening or 2 1/2 Tbsp. oil
    1/2 c. corn meal
    1 1/4 c. flour
Preparation
    Mix all together and put in muffin tins or 7 x 10-inch pan. Cook in 350\u00b0 to 400\u00b0 oven until done.
