Vegetable Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 medium size potatoes, cut up
1 lb. ground beef
1 c. butter beans
1 c. okra
1 onion, chopped (optional)
1/2 c. rice
1 qt. canned tomatoes
Preparation

Place the potatoes in a boiler.
Add the ground beef, butter beans, okra and onion.
Add enough water to cover good.
Add the rice and mix all ingredients.
Cook over low heat until tender, then add the tomatoes.
Cook until well done.
