Salmonettes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    14 oz. can salmon
    1 egg
    1/2 c. flour
    1 heaping tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Drain fish into measuring cup.
    Flake fish in a bowl. Add egg and mix with fork. Add flour and mix again. Add pepper.
    Use 1/4 cup liquid and mix with baking powder.
    Let foam until it reaches 3/4 cup mark.
    Mix into
    fish mixture.
    Drop by heaping teaspoonfuls into hot oil.
    Turn once.
